    You need to have Australia Post eParcel business account to use this extension. You can create one from here: https://online.auspost.com.au/eParcel/. Apart from this, you need to have PAC API which you can get from: https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis/pacpcs-registration and an account here: https://developers.auspost.com.au/register for shipment tracking and label printing.

  • Is this extension a SaaS based solution?

  • What is the purpose of paying for your service on subscription basis?

    You need to pay one time set-up fee and then the monthly charges are for Biztech Gateway where your labels are stored for the 3 months. This has been done because in case of loss, if you generate the label again, then the entire charge is levied again. Instead, you can have it from our server.

  • Will there be any extra charge apart from the price conveyed by you?

    The additional charge will the one charged by Australia Post eParcel to generate the labels for your order.

  • Would you help with the configuration part if it turns out to be troublesome?

    Yes of course, we would be always happy to assist you. You can open a ticket from your account and contact us using live chat.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, once you cancel your PayPal payment profile, the subscription will be canceled automatically.
